Some precepts for my photography that have survived the years: Art = Therapy It is the artist's responsibility to be remarkable Get lost Art without truth = Advertising Leave space for the viewer Perfection = Death Let go of the bank Aesthetics before ideas The universe has better ideas than I do I don't always manage to photograph by these principles because I get caught up in the moment - sometimes I think I should have them tattooed on my body somewhere...
